This Tutorial i have make with Paint Shop Pro 9

it should also work in other Versions

I use:

A Posertube from Schnegge

Scrapkit "Gold Emotion" from Bigi

to find under "Downloads > Meine Scrapkits"

Let's start!

1. Open a new Image 550 x 400 Pixel

72 dpi if you use a Tube from MtA

Selections > Select all

Copy from the Paper Folder "5" or another Paper

Back to the new Image

Edit > Paste > Paste into a selection

Sharpen

Hold the Selection

2. Layer > New Layer

Copy "3"

Selection > Contract > 30 Pixel

Paste into a Selection

Sharpen

Rename this Layer "paper 3"

Hold the Selection

3. Layer > New Layer

Copy "1"

Wieder zurück zum Bild

Paste into a Selection

Sharpen

Rename this Layer to "paper 1"

Deselect

4. In the Layerpalette is "paper 1" activ

Effects > Textureffects > Textur

5. Effects > Distortion Effects > Wave

6. Rotate > 20° to the left side

7. Sharpen and Dropshadow

use my settings or your own

8. Activate the Layer "paper 3"

Effects > Distortion Effects > Wave > settings same step 5

Rotate > 20° to the right side

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Settings same as before

9. Activate in the Layerpalette the Top Layer (paper 1)

Copy from the Paper Folder "4"

Paste as new Layer

10. Copy from the Frame Folder "la_frame GE 01"

Paste as new Layer

Resize to 75% and Sharpen

Click with the Magic Tool in the Middle from the Frame

Selection > Expand > 5 Pixel

Selection > Inverse

Activate the Layer from Paper 4

Hit Delete

Deselect

11. Adjust > Brightness and Contrast

Brightness > -25

Contrast > 10

Activate the Frame Layer > Dropshadow

12. Copy your Tube

I use "Black Hat"

to use with a License Nr from MtA

if you use the same Tube, resize to 50%

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move it a little to the Top

13. Copy "ribbon GE 01"

Paste as new Layer

Rotate 155° to the left side

Resize to 65%

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move it to the left Bottom Corner from the Frame

14. Copy "flower GE 01"

Paste as new Layer

Resize to 40%

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move it also to the left Bottom from the Frame

15. Copy "deco GE 02"

Paste as new Layer

Resize to 65%

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move it on the right Top Corner from the Frame

16. Copy "bow GE 01"

Paste as new Layer

Resize to 45%, Rotate > 20° to the left side

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move the bow to the right Top Corner from the Frame

17. Copy "lace"

Paste as new Layer

Resize to 61%

Sharpen and Dropshadow

Move it to the left Side in the Image

Layers > Duplicate

Image > Flip

Ebenen > Duplizieren

Rotate > 90° to the left Side

Move it to the Top in the Image

Layers > Duplicate

Image > Mirror
